I’m a certified coach and organisational psychologist with over 25 years of experience in (executive) coaching, soft skills training and facilitating organisational change.
My international corporate experience entails product development in a cross-cultural team based in Switzerland, delivery of leadership development courses in Hong Kong and Shanghai in addition to train-the-trainer courses in both China and Switzerland. Global Fortune 500 companies (e.g. IBM, FedEx, Royal Philips) are among my clients, as are government agencies, IT firms and NGOs.
In my experience, clients have the capacity to make meaningful and rewarding changes to their (work) lives, often in a relatively short time frame. Stressing individual strengths and encouraging them to be inspired by their own answers and solutions, allows for radical or subtle shifts in the way people think, feel and act. Depending upon clients´ needs, I might offer guidance and inspiration through references in literature, lectures or self-assessment tools.
My coaching location is near Amsterdam Central Station. My special expertise is coaching expats. Raised in the Netherlands by parents of different nationalities and backgrounds, I developed a heightened sensitivity to cultural differences from an early age. My curiosity in the cultural roots of my clients proves to be very beneficial in our coaching.
