Maja has 20+ years experience as an advertising professional across automotive, tech and innovation brands. She has been a board member for 7 years, gone through mergers, opened and closed offices, onboarded and transitioned clients and led multimillion Euro client portfolios. She has run large departments and built and led diverse client teams successfully in the UK, Europe and globally.
Maja lived and worked in three continents in some incredibly diverse and high-performance environments. Her international orientation and work background, together with her extensive professional coaching training, gives here a unique combination of insights.
Her coaching philosophy is, that she loves to find out what makes people tick and support them develop and grow in confidence and discover their own voice and personal way of leading. She brings brings energy, curiosity, playfulness, & empathy with every journey she takes, and clients describe her as a key to unlock possibilities. That’s because Maja loves two things:

We stellen hoge eisen aan onze coaches. Al onze coaches zijn hoogopgeleid, hebben een gedragswetenschappelijke achtergrond en beschikken over een ruime hoeveelheid ervaring. Daarnaast zijn onze coaches opgeleid en getraind in het werken op basis van onze visie waarin waarden, ambities en talenten het vertrekpunt vormen.
De coaches gaan uit van wat je drijft: "Waar kom jij je bed voor uit? Wat is het goud in jou? Welke talenten stellen jou in staat je waarden en ambitie waar te maken? En hoe bouw je die talenten uit?”. Pas daarna wordt gekeken naar wat er in de weg zit om te bereiken wat je graag wilt.
